Why Roasted?

Roasting the wood blanks prior to production enhances stability by reducing the moisture content down to around 7. The result is a more resonant body with added sustain faster attack and a broader harmonic footprint. Roasting or cooking wood also reduces weight and enhances the visual depth of the woodgrain accentuating the uniqueness of each body.

This magical combination produces a body thats beautiful resonant structurally stable and shockingly light Routed for two humbuckers this model deviates from the original Tele Deluxe in that its rear-routed control cavity offers a more-sleek and custom look String-thru holes are predrilled with recesses to allow the lip of the string ferrules to lay flush with the body and the heel is contoured for greater comfort. The body is also pre-drilled for a vintage style 4-screw half Tele bridge. Important Notes

• Wood grain varies from body to body. Your body may differ slightly from what is pictured.
• All bodies may require finish sanding to remove small dings and scratches from bare wood during production. This is normal and not a defect.
• Due to how soft roasted paulownia is some neck pockets may have slight chipping from the router bit during production. This is normal not a defect and may require sanding or a filler to be used.
• To protect against the effects of moisture we recommend sealing unfinished bodies prior to installation.
• Due do the lack of moisture in roasted woods the risk for cracking is more apparent. When drilling holes for screws we recommend measuring inside and outside of the threads first to determine the correct drill bit to use. Do not force screws into holes drilled with smaller drill bits.
